    Altec 602

Anyone ever heard a pair of these? Condition looks good--is this a decent price?

the legs on that cabinet sell for some serious money by themselves $300+. That is a good deal if you intend to sell.

How do those 602's sound ? Say compared to a 604. I never had 602's I'm curious though.. They look to be in mint condition.

    HI,
IK this topic is old, but I recently purchased a 602a(Just the speaker, no cabinet) on the Rochester craigslist as well.
Not sure what the one you saw was, but I got mine for only $40. The cone is torn though, but I just received a replacement cone in the mail.

This is more general question, IDK if I should make a new topic, but anyone know where to start with disassembling this?
I think I need to remove the horn somehow, not sure how. Should I just start unscrewing everything I can?

Welcome SP! You need to start a new thread for your questions. Best results will come if you include pictures and a complete and detailed description of exactly what you need to know.
